In this world where depending on other people to do their job well- even if you are paying them- many times leads you to a feeling of less than satisfied, Jasmine is such a breath of fresh air. She helped my husband and I buy a home last year in a neighborhood where there were no comps and the appraisals were a nightmare. She went above and beyond in doing her research and making it happen for us. She was able to close very fast. With the craziness of the market in the last 2 years, 2 other homes in our neighborhood could not sell because their loans kept falling through because of their appraisals. One even had 3 different buyers fail. Without Jasmine, I am sure we would have been one of the ones who couldn't make it because of the appraisals. She makes it happen, walks you through everything. Is extremely patient (I had a lot of questions) and is incredibly thorough. She asks for things she knows she will need-before she turns them in to the underwriter so there is no time lost going back and forth. Jasmine did an outstanding job in helping us refinance our home and got us an outstanding 15 year fixed loan with the lowest associated costs possible. She made the loan processing easy and arranged everything. We just had to supply her some basic information and she did the rest. Obviously we signed the papers. Moreover she was very responsive and always pleasant and upbeat. We've done several refinances over the nearly 30 years that we have lived in our home and this was by far the best and easiest.
